Founder
Julio Pacheco
Panthera Construction Inc. was founded in 2025 by Julio Pacheco, who brings 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction trade — including remodeling, renovations, repairs and maintenance, patio covers, home additions, and new construction.
Julio founded Panthera Construction to give Bakersfield and Kern County property owners reliable service, clear communication, careful planning, and quality workmanship. His focus is treating every property with respect and keeping clients informed and confident throughout the construction process.
How we work
Every new inquiry starts with a complimentary initial project review by phone, video, or shared photos. We use that conversation to understand your scope, timeline, location, and goals and to determine the best next step. For projects that require an on-site assessment, detailed measurements, or professional planning, we schedule a $150 private on-site consultation to walk the space, identify visible conditions, and coordinate with the City of Bakersfield or Kern County building departments where needed. From there, you receive a written scope, transparent line-item pricing, and a schedule you can hold us to.
Licensed, insured, and accountable
We carry an active California general contractor license and appropriate business insurance. Certificates are provided before contract signing. Panthera Construction is also listed with the Better Business Bureau of the Central California region — you can review our profile directly.
Consultation-first, no pressure
The initial project review is complimentary. When an on-site consultation is warranted, the $150 private consultation fee is fully credited toward your project when you move forward with Panthera Construction. We would rather scope a project honestly once than rush a quote we cannot stand behind.
Business hours
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Weekend appointments may be available for urgent repairs or emergency service when scheduling permits.
