Why choose Panthera
Program-level planning
We build a real construction plan — schedule, budget, procurement, and inspections — before mobilizing crews.
Licensed GC accountability
One licensed general contractor owns the project. No finger-pointing between trades.
Quality control at every phase
Framing, MEP rough-in, and finish stages each get a documented QC pass before the next phase starts.
Clear reporting
You receive scheduled progress updates and change-order documentation in writing — never verbal 'trust me.'
Our process
- 01
Feasibility
We review the site, program, and budget to confirm the build is viable before committing to design.
- 02
Pre-construction
Plans, engineering, permits, and cost planning are locked in during pre-construction so the build starts on solid ground.
- 03
Private consultation
A $150 on-site consultation confirms scope for smaller ground-up projects and is credited toward the project when you hire Panthera.
- 04
Construction
Site prep, foundations, framing, MEP, and finishes are executed on a single coordinated schedule.
- 05
Close-out
Final inspections, punch list, walkthrough, and documentation handoff.
Consultation & pricing
Every project starts with a complimentary initial project review by phone, video, or shared photos so we can understand your scope, timeline, location, and goals and recommend the best next step. For projects requiring an on-site assessment, detailed measurements, or professional planning, we offer a $150 private on-site consultation — fully credited toward your project when you move forward with Panthera Construction.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with existing plans or start from scratch?
Both. We can build from your architect's plans or coordinate design and engineering as part of pre-construction.
What size projects do you take on?
Custom single-family residences and light commercial builds. If your project is a good fit we'll say so — if it isn't, we'll be direct about that too.
How do change orders work?
Any change is documented in writing with scope and cost before work proceeds. No verbal change orders.
Are permits included?
Permit coordination is part of every Panthera new construction project. Fees themselves are typically paid by the owner and clearly line-itemed.
